So I usually don't have a problem with this dispensary, but I normally don't buy their $19 or $20 ounces. Last night I purchased 2 ounces from them for the 1st time in a while and I found larvae shells in my bud😤. My husband brought it back to the store and he only got a refund on only 1 ounce and they refused to exchange. I am officially done with this store and it is getting reported

I was .4 cents short to get a 2nd edible. I couldn’t be accommodated. Every other weed store on the planet would overlook that. Four cents!!! Edit: I went back late December 2025 I drove all the way from Springfield to get some good deals. When I arrived there were no cheap $10 carts out. The clerk told me they were in back and would be out later. I asked if she could pull a few out since I came from out of the area and she declined me. I won’t be wasting anymore gas going here, I get treated like royalty at Old School Bliss and will gladly pay a little extra for good customer service over there. I highly recommend Old School Bliss.

Nice to see a good change to us OMMP's still going even while legal to all currently in the state 21+. Much better ,and just keep on with the happier attitudes while selling. Nicer to see now upon recent trips through getting things others dont even sell too.

Great deals. Love the 20 & 30 $ ounces But what I don’t like is the artiste of the one young lady who seems to be the one I always get stuck with. From now on, I think I’ll just turn around n leave when I see her in there. This cashier has a really bad habit of letting me see n smell the cannabis then just shoves it n the bag back into the canister without sealing. I know I’m not getting superior quality at the 20 & 30 $ price point but can we NOT help the weed get drier. I also noticed that when I decided on one strain over the other, the one I didn’t choose was shoved back in, baggie left unsealed. Whether it actually affects quality or not, I can honestly say I don’t know. Maybe the cannabis I got wouldn’t be so dang dried up if the cashier sealed the baggies after each whiff. And the attitude, I can tell she doesn’t want to be there. The attitude makes me not want to tip & makes me not want to come in there. Maybe the it’s the pay, maybe it’s the management. But after looking at other reviews, I see it isn’t just me getting an unasked for side of attitude with every purchase. Happy to have found another spot nearby with similar prices plus free good vibes. Management can look up my name for my purchase on Thursday Nov 20 between noon and 2pm if they are interested as to Which budtender we all are probably about with attitude.

Nice store but someone needs to find a new job. The girl who helped us needs to find something else to do, unfriendly, unhelpful, just completely unhappy at her job. Maybe she was having a rough morning, I’m not sure but I’ll never go back.
