Honestly it’s a tad baffling that cannabis professionals would ruin top tier product because they want their display case to look a way, but here we are. I was pretty excited to stop by tonight and grab a gram of Left Hands Labs - Superboof. I was going to order online, and saw that there was only one gram left. So I called to ask if it was a demo. It was, so I asked if they keep it in the fridge or at room temperature in the display. I’m told they leave it in the display. I ask when they got it to see how long it had been left out. SINCE THE MIDDLE OF NOVEMBER. A MONTH! Pretty much any budtender or rosin user knows that to store rosin, you keep it refrigerated. This is a $48 rec/$40 med product. The best concentrate you sell. If a customer is paying between $40-$50 for a gram of concentrate/extract, they shouldn’t be forced to chose one that’s not just old, but left out, ruined and full price. So I’m buying weed somewhere else tonight.

I moved cities a few months ago and was looking for a new local dispensary that had good prices and great service and it took me a few stops to finally find Western Oregon Dispensary but I’m so glad I did. I realize that everyone kind of has the same products except for this dispensary here they have unique and different in the best high-quality products for reasonable price and I think that’s half the reason I go the other half is just the unbelievable welcoming and loving energy that you would only hope for when walking into one of these places everyone seems to enjoy their work there and the quality of life is definitely popping shout out to the whole team. I always forget everybody’s names but tonight I was helped by Oscar and I just couldn’t thank you enough Oscar for helping me a swift manner and also helping me get the best price best affordable high-quality products. There were appreciate you.

Lily is by far the best bud tender i have ever come across. Personable, knowledgeable, and genuine. I wish I could find this in a mechanic! So refreshing to have a no pressure sale. Wildly impressed! How do we get this woman a raise!?!?

The two star rating might mislead you, I purchased some kundalini cartridges and had leaking issues with the battery that I bought. And as a result, I had to go back to the store to find out if they could do anything for me . So I had a be a little crafty too, have a fair fight. Rob, I think he’s the owner was wanting to be fair and he tried every way to be fair, but I guess due to so many people trying to get over on someone else they think that everyone’s a liar . I had two cartridges that were leaked out and leaky and in order to get an exchange I had to jump through hoops because I thought I was trying to pull a scam on him . When in actuality, it felt like the opposite were happening anyway two stars. The product was good. Customer service was two stars.
