Rockstar service, best staff in the Portland metro area:) The people that work at Top Hat actually know what they are talking about when it comes to their products! It is always a good time, with great deals! The only other shop i go to in Portland is Rose Budz PDX on Mississippi and Interstate! The owner for both shops makes you feel like family when you walk in! Ohana for sure! Saw this unicorn last time I went in there:)

Edit: Sign on the door says staff is on vacation but they didn't get the liscense renewed. Way to go guys Normally pretty good but recently they started stocking some of the WORST growers. I used to be able to grab anything here and be happy and now they're just another shop selling you 1.5 year old freeze dried Frontier weed....

Usually pretty good deals and prices but the management and staff definitely need some work. I’ve never seen a Dispensary close for more than a day or two, even on holidays. I’ve been trying to get flower from here since last week, lots of people are going to have to go elsewhere and might not come back, myself included. Also had issues before where I couldn’t get product because it’s in intake and told me come back tomorrow. I’ve been in this industry for almost ten years, it shouldn’t take more than 10-15 min to intake some flower weigh it and put it on the sales floor especially when I’m in at least once a week spending $100+. Good prices and quality but overall bad business practices this place needs some work.

I love this place. I was at nectar for over 2years. Use to think I was getting great prices. But no top hat is my go to now their prices are amazing they work with you and all the staff are really nice and know their stuff. I mean diamond dabs super clean for 19 dollars before 10 on lifted brand and 22 regular price. Diamonds for 22 dollars and that's 2 gram dabs!
