Love the online 20% every Friday deal they run. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They've got good deals. I like this one.

As far as I'm concerned they have some of the best prices if not the best prices amongst the weed shops in Ontario. I almost had a bad experience today... I placed an online order and drove 50 minutes from Boise just to get told my ID is invalid without the piece of paper from DMV showing proof I purchased a star card. Obviously anyone from Idaho in this situation isn't going to be aware that you need this when purchasing marijuana. Therefore I didn't blame you guys and blamed myself entirely. Where things kind of got sour is when I politely asked if the people on staff could hold on to my order as I'd be back later that day and they said yes. So after close to 3 hours of driving I'm back in Ontario to pick up my same order but when I showed up someone had put it all away. Fortunately there wasn't a line and I got service right away. Not only that the kind young lady that helped me out at the register gave me a discount showing empathy towards my situation. The discount was significant enough for me to definitely forget about all of this. I wish I could remember her name but thank you very much

Every time we come to HotBox farms and see Rachael, we are treated so well and given so much good information! We really appreciate how she treats people with dignity and kindness and is very professional! Thanks for all the great service, Rachael! -Best place in town!!

I love going to hotbox. They have the best deals and by far the cleanest faculty around. They have more than one ATM, which can be very helpful. I am not sure if it was the time of day, but there were no lines to wait in. I visited on a weekday, not sure what the weekends are like. Staff is very friendly as well. I will always pick them first out of all the dispensaries.
