Awesome place to check out! Great prices! Mollay is very knowledgeable of the industry and its many products! She is extremely sweet and enjoyable to talk to. Excellent customer service! Molláy was AMAZING!! she has BEAUTIFUL curls I have to add! I honestly thought she was the manager with how informative and confident she was. She broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand and really knew her products. It was my first time coming in, but she made me feel like I’d been a regular forever. First time in and the staff was absolutely amazing, especially Molla’y! So friendly and knowledgeable! The atmosphere was so inviting and I immediately felt like I was treated like a regular! I went in basically knowing what I wanted, but Molla’y was so informative I ended up getting what I wanted and then some! I will definitely be back in the future! Highly recommend!

Portal 503 is hands down one of the best dispensaries I’ve been to. Super welcoming atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and everything is laid out clean and easy. The budtenders actually take time to explain options instead of rushing you, which I really appreciate. Quality products, fair prices, and a smooth overall experience every time. Definitely a go-to spot—highly recommend checking them out. Colin was great in helping me out and making sure I left fulfilled and satisfied.

I prefer this store over the previous retail TBH! I like the redesign and the staff are equally as friendly as the previous shop. I was having a tough day when I arrived and Erik was working that night and helped me turn my day around! He was super kind and made sure to ask me all the right questions to show me my options and check out quickly. I appreciated the friendly and personable conversation. Will come by again.
