I greatly appreciate that after having a poorly manufactures Stix blunt and expressing my frustration to staff that management, they gave me a credit for the issue and also notified the dealer of the issue. Been a long time customer of Preserve since I moved up here in 2022, now that I have a store closer to home it'll definitely be more convenient to come to one I can trust. Thank you to the amazing staff for helping this situation be corrected and look to make sure it doesn't happen to other customers ❤️ especially looking forward to coming back to see my new favorite bud tenders Marcus and Rei!!

I’ve visited this second Preserve location twice already and Marcus provided amazing customer service and knowledge both times. The second time I came in it was because my new 510 threaded cart was spilling oil. Marcus was awesome and gave me the cash value I originally paid towards a new cart. He went above and beyond to satisfy me when he didn’t have to. That stellar customer service in addition to extensive product selection and knowledge is why I’ll definitely be back!

I love Preserve! The team here is fantastic and very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer even my simplest questions with a smile.
