Only positive is the decent pricing. Drive through takes 3x longer then just going inside. While you wait in that line, they tell you to come inside to pickup your order. Spent my last remaining points on my order because im not coming back. No reason to wait 30 minutes on a pre-order. Scan it, give money an go. Not that hard

Just like the rest of the reviews. Selected pick up in store as opposed to drive thru. Have a sprained ankle. The girl at the drive up window was not really pleasant at all and told me I needed to come in. Came in and expressed my frustration to the girl that was helping me and she Proceeded to tell me that I just placed the order wrong. It really shouldn’t matter, especially if it’s not busy you should be able to help any customer. Glad I was able to use the rest of my points. Probably won’t be coming back here again plenty of other dispensaries nearby.

Good prices. Nice people. Truly the slowest service of any dispo I've ever been to. Can be a fine place to stop if you have free time but do not stop here unless you have 20-40 min to spare and a good podcast on.

I read the reviews for this place prior to putting an order in. And just from a patient, to another patient….. reading is fundamental. Extremely. We should be choosing what time we are going to arrive, not the other way around. IF you aren’t going to make it in time or are going there earlier, why not just call the store in advance?…. To change your own time?…. As you are the one who would know, what time, you will arrive 😭😭😭😆 to blame workers for doing their job is crazy. I’d have sent you inside too 🥹 ngl. and how is pulling from the drive thru into the parking lot.. a waste of gas? 🤣🤣🤣😭now you’re just saying anything and I can’t stand when people do that. Dawg just read next time. Follow the rules they set. It’s their dispensary, not yours 🥹 be MINDFUL of not only the workers but the patients after you who could arrive while you’re trying to figure out why you can’t use drive thru (because you don’t have a drive order.) In life, generally you can’t expect people to make an exception just for you etc. if you think so then you are what we call entitled. I wish customer service folk had more people like me to speak on their behalf. The customer is not always right

You know honestly this store doesn’t even deserve a 1 star but I have to hit it anyway just to leave a review. This is the second time I have went to the drive thru and was told to go inside to pick up my order, the first time I understand I chose inside instead of drive thru, totally understand. But this time I placed an order for pick up at the DRIVE THRU. As I pulled up they said I wasn’t within my “time frame” and was told I need to go inside, I pulled off and parked and looked at the website and it literally says “pickup by end of October 3” but under that says “CHANGE PICKUP TIME “ so why couldn’t the person at the window tell me this ???? There was no body in line and nobody behind me. This was a complete waste of gas and time when she could’ve told me at the window to change my time. Are the associates/workers not smart enough to know this?? Are they not trained for this situation? I do not understand the point of this when life events happen and when some people have high anxiety and cannot go in public places. I am one of those people if I don’t have my medicine. This changes every time I place an order at this place. No wonder they can’t EVER get above a 4.4 thy will NEVER have a higher review unless they fix this issue. I will continue to write bad reviews if my experience is like this every time I go to apothecarium.
