Hands down my favorite dispensary. Dan is AWESOME. Always accommodating and friendly. I’ve never met a disgruntled staff member. Everyone is always a pleasure to speak to, has helpful recommendations and generally makes a mundane task a very pleasant experience. I will go out of my way to go to this dispensary. The prices are fair, the quality is high and the service is unmatched. Thank you for being so great!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about AYR and especially my budtender, Madison. She has truly changed my life. I struggled with chronic insomnia for 5.5 years and reached a point where I was fed up with prescription medications that changed who I was as a person and controlled my life just so I could sleep. From my very first visit to AYR, Madison took the time to really listen to me—my struggles, my environment, and what I was hoping to achieve. She made me feel heard and cared for, not rushed or judged. She recommended Garlic Ice for sleep, and that very first night I slept so well—it honestly felt life-changing. Since then, I’ve been coming back weekly to bi-weekly to restock and try new products, and every visit is a great experience. I genuinely look forward to coming in, seeing Madison, enjoying the vibe, and learning about new options that continue to help me. If you’re struggling and want someone who truly cares and knows what they’re doing, Madison is the best. AYR is lucky to have her!

If you want to deal with rude and incompetent staff, Ayr is where you want to go. If you buy a faulty product, they will not stand behind their products and will not offer any support for replacement. Whether or not is the store policy, the exchange with the manager was horrible. He was incredibly condescending, rude, and dismissive. The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Good luck if you choose this dispensary for your medical needs.

I love going to visit. Everyone I talk to when I go there is amazing. They answer every question, I may have then some. They educate, in hopes that you pick the perfect thing for you. Always clean, Everyone is always smiling, making you feel welcomed.Everything is organized, smells amazing, outside is clean as welcome. There is parking. I was supposed to write this a week or two ago, so please forgive me. Madi and Kels I had the pleasure of coming in a meeting with these two lovely ladies. We had a nice chat laughed a lot and I got some very useful information and also tried a couple of new items that I am now in love with everyone is always amazing when I come in, but these two went over and beyond that day. Everyone’s always smiling, always cheerful when they see you greeting you making you feel welcome. If you have not tried, I suggest you not walk but run over and check them out you will not regret it.

All the budtenders are great but my recent experience with Kevin was the best one yet. His insight, calm energy, and effortless expertise helped me choose a product that ended up being exactly what I needed. Great vibes. I truly appreciated the guidance—thank you, Kevin.
