decent bud and workers. i called ahead and told them i have a Montana license and sometimes it doesn’t scan. they then told me they would be able to enter it manually. so i placed the order and paid ahead. i enter the place and give them my id. the lady behind the counter then made an announcement to basically the whole place that i had a fake ID. twice. a “manager” came out and just asked if I had a passport or something. luckily i did but this shouldn’t be the situation. they should have ways for out of state licenses. on top of that there was no “sorry about that” or “sorry for the inconvenience. instead. she didn’t even look at me after being proved wrong. what if i didn’t have a passport? how are you gonna say that my VALID STATE ISSUED ID is fake? no one dumb enough except y’all. not going back bc i’ve had a fantastic experience at every other dispensary i’ve been to.

Just a tip, always check your bank and receipts after a purchase…but let me give the biggest shoutout to Carlos for his assistance tonight with our drive-thru order! He was quick, funny and very helpful in getting things together. Would come back for him, thanks.

I pulled up to the establishment and parked in the handicap spot. Upon approaching the door, the security guard said hello how are you? I replied. I’m good. How are you? He then proceeded to ask me if I have a handicap placard because I parked in the handicap spot. He asked me this as I was showing the woman at the desk, my ID as well as my medical marijuana card. Once he asked me that I first said yes, then I said why don’t you just walk down and check if you’re that concerned. He said well people park there all the time. I said well I wouldn’t have without a placard. So again if you wanted to know, if I had a placard, you could’ve just walked down there and checked. I then asked him to leave me alone and do his job. He proceeded to tell me I don’t have to have an attitude. He stated this twice. I ignored him and walked away . I went to my medical marijuana line to place my order, because I was very bothered. I walked out of the establishment and went to Slater dispensary. This was my third time at This establishment (and last) the other Two times went smooth. The employees were very helpful. I was in and out and didn’t have to deal with any security Trying to do a police officers job.

I had a family situation pop up and had ordered delivery earlier in the day. I wasn’t sure if I’d be home in time or what would happen if I wasn’t. Jonathan C was extremely helpful coordinating if I needed to be one of the last stops and checking in around delivery time if I would be home. In the end I made it back in time and did not have to change anything but I really appreciated his effort and great customer service.

Always very friendly whenever I stop in. The drive through is a huge plus as well. If you told me 10 years ago I could sit in a drive through and order myself some fire za off the value menu I’d call you a liar but here we are. Great job fellas
