I find it very disconcerting that the security seal is always broken. I know that it is not "secure". Not a secure feeling. The "security seal" is for my protection it claims. So, when it has been completely removed and then just layed on top????? This is no longer "secure". How do I know I am getting what I paid for? Is someone "pinching" the order? Security seals are for security. Wish I had a battery in my digital scale. Not happy. Not complaining about the delivery time window that does not exist. This is excellent for seniors like me. If I feel "secure" in my purchase. My last 2 deliveries were "wonky", as in.....wonky. Security seal was removed on both orders. Another delivery experience yesterday. 1.23. Joseph delivered my order with professionalism, a smile and within the promised time. Such a pleasant experience rather than stressful. The containers were sealed. Be like Joseph.

Unfortunately I have to give a 2 star rating at this point. The selection available has been stagnant, the prices are far too high but that’s not even what prompted this review. I have now used the delivery service several times now and the last 3 times my orders were extremely late. There is a two hour window for delivery and that needs to be adhered to. I had to cancel my order this evening because although my delivery window was from 4-6pm I had not received any contact by 6:05. I called to inquire and was told that the driver would be to me by 6:20. By 6:30 still nothing and I needed to be somewhere. I called again and was told the delivery driver with my order is on lunch and they can’t do anything about it. Very disappointing. Do better Slater.

First time I do a delivery order. I had an option to pick the timing two in the afternoon to four in the afternoon then I get a call saying they were running 20 minutes late. I said OK now IFirst time I do a delivery order. I had a option to pick the timing two in the afternoon to four in the afternoon then I get a call saying they were running 20 minutes late. I said OK now I call at 5 o’clock. They never showed up I called. They connect me Delivery guy that was in charge of my order. I’m explaining to him that I never got it. He’s like oh I’m gonna bring it to you directly. I said OK. When is that? He’s like I got 19 orders. I’m like OK that’s not my fault. The point of this is that I had an option of the timing he’s like yeah I’ll be there at 7:30. I said 730. That’s crazy. He’s like oh well you know what I’m gonna determine the call. You could talk to my boss and he hung up in my face. I called back. It took them 10 minutes to answer. My call asked to speak with the manager. they said he’ll call me back. I said what about if I take a Uber over there he said manager will be here. Mines you left. My number. Manager never called me back. They canceled my order. The delivery guy has no respect at all, hung up in my face and had the nerve to talk over me like talk to my manager, and the manager never called me back smh why have Options of timing and want to deliver hours after then you call they’re all mad cause you’re asking whats going on with my order my delivery was scheduled 2-4 I’m on the phone at 5 The delivery guy still in the building cause I spoke with him. I don’t get it.

Ok so I dont smoke flower or really consume any other form than concentrates. That being said my review is based entirely on those products and related services. Service is always top notch first and foremost. Everybody has always been cool towards me anytime ive gone by. My guy Justin(?) I think is his name, i happen to get alot when im in there. Im an anti social A-hole but first time dude saw my game of thrones shirt and said something, couldnt shut me up after. Solid crew. Just a very particular way of doing things as far as dispensaries go. Little more like strict or professional I guess ill say. Most others seem a bit more laid back sort of. Like they do things much more organized I guess you can say. Not to say other dispensaries arent or anything. Idk its just a way of doing things and they stick to it. Just avoid it and order online. Simple. Rhode Island though as we all know, is still up there a little in price vs across the state line. Brands they bring in from outside cultivators and dispensaries they can only do so much with as they're still paying a higher dollar and have to make their money. They definitely carry a large variety of different brands and consistencies as far as concentrates go. Their in house stuff made in their own kitchen is the way to go for me though. Being made in house theyre able to offer value more comparable to massachusetts. The fact the people cooking in the kitchen know how to chef it up and certainly put out a quality product, is what makes it worth it. Whether badder, budder, sugar, crumble, etc... I can't say ive had one complaint about any of them. Ive tried probably every strain and consistency they've put out the last couple months and I'm more than happy. Product is always fresh and hasn't been sitting on some hot shelf for a year sugaring up and losing potency. You get the actual consistency you paid for and at a reasonable price. Right now the GG4 in the pictures is a definite winner. Grabbed a few grams earlier for not even $18 a piece for the labor day weekend special. You wont be disappointed trying out Slater and their in house branded concentrates. Take it from a guy with close to 100 different rigs and over 150 quartz bangers 😉
