Excellent product. However, they are unresponsive when contacting them and have issues shipping. Have tried numerous times to contact them, but they refuse to respond. Bad way to run a business if they want to expand outside Dallas.

Bloom labs was friendly and respectful, and I appreciated how Jalen took the time to answer my questions without making me feel out of place. He’s the best! 🤟I picked up some gummies and I am very satisfied with results… I will be back!

Sad to see this place go down hill with customer service. New sales guy was not very helpful, poor customer service and just all around bad attitude. I almost walked out because of that alone but I already drove 15 mins to get there. My experiences before this were always so great but seems like new ownership doesn’t seem to prioritize good customer service. This will ruin your sales as the cannabis market is to inflated to have this poor of customer service. I hope things change for this place back to how it used to be.

Deserves zero stars… Do NOT give this place business (unless you want to be spoken to like you are less than human). I went in to, first, ask questions about the parking meter, to be sure that I was not tickets or towed. The guy said that he is not sure, he is not the city. I asked a follow up question “does he think that the machine takes quarters. “ He says “Like I said before, I am not the city, Read!” Read? Really? I do not live in Dallas. No reason to be so rude. Does anyone believe in customer service or human decency anymore?
