Staff was genuinely nice, polite, and accommodating, no complaints there. But here’s where things fall apart hard. I explicitly asked for a NO fake / botanical terpene vape cartridge. I was upsold one of the more expensive carts and told, confidently, that it was Live Resin. Got home, took a pull, and it immediately tasted like I was dry-hopping an IPA in my mouth. I’ve worked in the cannabis industry across the country for 10 years. This isn’t a nuanced, gray-area distinction, live resin vs. distillate with botanical terps is Weed 101. The fact that a medical dispensary doesn’t know the difference is incredibly disappointing. Even worse: the state allowing these products to be mislabeled and marketed as “Live Resin” is a complete disservice to patients who are relying on accurate information for their medicine. Nice people. Bad product knowledge. Misleading products. Medical patients deserve better. Do better.

I really like this place! Good staff, always friendly. My only complaint is that they don’t have a lot of Inventory like other dispensaries in the state.
