They don’t take their deliveries serious I had placed 2 online orders with them I’ve called the store multiple times and no one answered… Ive called them 6 times no answered… If you don’t do local deliveries get it off your website because you making customers think that they are getting their orders when they are not I’ve waiting 2 days for the online order I ordered Friday.. no call or text or nothing saying there is no delivery driver today please come in and pick it up…. Worst business to order from, they don’t answer the phone… they just lost a customer..

Moved from a different state. Kind staff, informative, friendly, polite and very professional in every sense! Very clean space, lovely set up, and great product. Skooma is a gem in the downtown Charlottesville area. :D

We had shopped at Skooma before without major issues, so we tried their Local Delivery. The website states orders placed after noon are delivered the next day (5–8pm). I ordered Saturday evening, fully expecting Sunday delivery. Payment was taken immediately. Sunday — no delivery. After calling eight times to get an answer, I was told deliveries don’t happen on weekends. That’s not stated anywhere on their site. Monday I was told (rudely) that I’d receive my order that evening. I even received an “Out for Delivery” email. It never arrived. When I called again, I was told the owner cancelled my order. I never requested cancellation. No explanation was given. I was then told refunds take 7–10 business days. Inaccurate website information, poor communication, rude management, and cancelling a paid order without consent is unacceptable. There are better staffed and more competitively priced options in Charlottesville. We won’t be returning.

​I recently stopped by Skooma here in Charlottesville and picked up the Cannisco Elevate+ Blue Razz gummies and some High King "Double Stuffed" THCa flower, and I am honestly blown away. The quality is top-tier—the flower looks and smells amazing (that 27% potency is no joke!), and the gummies are delicious with just the right effect. ​The staff was super helpful and the whole experience was smooth. I’m definitely making this my go-to spot. ​One suggestion for the owners: It would be a total game-changer if you guys added an "Amazon Locker" style pickup option! Being able to order online and just grab my bag from a secure locker code would make the experience even faster and more convenient. Love what you guys are doing—keep it up!

While on a mini vacation I ran into Slooma. The staff was incredibly nice and patient. I told them exactly what I was looking for, and I can be picky with this type of product. They suggested the perfect disposable vape for me. I love that I can order online as I am still in VA but live 3 hours away. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is that the product isn't always readily available.
