Staff tonight was disgustingly rude. I asked if my close friends were working today and the boy with long black hair and headphones looked me up and down and rolled his eyes like he didn’t want to hear me . So I asked again and he asked what do I want. So I just left. I’ve shopped in there with him at the register before and had no issues but lately the attitudes have been atrocious for him and his friend that usually work together. It’s embarrassing to be front of house acting like that and running off customers because I guess I don’t fit the criteria smh.

this is the best dispensary in the downtown mall hands down. and they have a lounge upstairs where you can smoke!! and they sell snacks!!! i love my sisterssss i send everyone ik to this store💓ty for all you do for the charlottesville community!!

The gentleman Lane totally awesome very personable talk to you about everything give you the knowledge wonderful man person. The very sweet Michael she is a doll and she is wonderful to talk to. They have exactly what you need come visit their store I know I'll be back

I needed some calm gummies for my mother. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. I was struck by how welcoming the atmosphere is to all who come; a great community feeling.

Great place that I've been going to for about 18 months. Never had anything but a nice experience. One time I wasn't happy with the potency of my purchase, so I called and let them know. They knew I was a regular and loyal customer for a long while, so they took back the product, even though some had been used, and gave me a replacement.
