Great customer service great staff great products. The best. The only thing is I’m handicapped. They have no handicap entrance, but I still make it up. Stairs is the best place ever once you get up the stairs and the fact that they have allowance I love that idea too, but the people are outstanding. And the prices are great the best in Charlottesville I can say that

There should not be a single person in Charlottesville and surrounding cities, counties, and basically anybody in the state of Virginia. To be blunt nobody in the entire world should walk in here and say they did not have a great experience. From customer service to cleanliness to education and teaching you about THC. It is completely an amazing experience. The impeccable customer service and friendliest environment you could ever ask for.

Edit: The seller made good on this bad purchase. He gave me a new chocolate bar and tossed in a few freebies! The last 3 times I shopped here I was exactly 2 grams short, weighed on multiple scales. Last time I also bought a dark chocolate cannabis bar. Just opened it and it’s old, dry, in crumbles and “moldy”!!!! This stuff is way too expensive to get robbed like this. Plus I live a hour away, I work 40-60 hrs a week so I can’t just run up there and exchange it. Needless to say I’m very disappointed.
