I’ve been a repeat customer here and have purchased the same consumables many times. On my most recent visit, I asked to buy two bottles. The staff member said none were available at the counter and began walking to the back to retrieve inventory allocated for online orders. While she was walking away, the customer behind me asked for the same product. She returned with one bottle for me and one for him and refused to sell me the second bottle I originally requested. The explanation around internal distribution didn’t make sense, and there was no attempt to prioritize the customer who asked first. The situation was handled inconsistently and poorly. I used to really like this place, but this experience was enough for me to stop shopping here altogether. I’ll be ordering a superior product online going forward.
