I like that there's a store front. Hate that they have a monopoly on the region. Really gotta work through the flower to find strands that aren't overly homogenetic as well the distributors that have good better best seed to harvest practices. From another state moved here and am straight up offended at the prices. Shatter for 70-90 a gram, and it's not even swiss cheesed, rosin is fair but. Live resin is equally absurd as the shatter. And also if this is a medical facility, why are they accepting and advocating for tips. Virginia, what're you doing. HB isn't the worst thing to happen to to va cannabis but it certainly leaves a lot to be desired

I was a newbie, but they did a great job. Intake was easy. The kiosk was easy to use, discount and payment were easy. In and out in less than 20 mins.

Becareful... if they sell you something defective, they won't take it back, they just tell you it works. I've been utilizing said product for years. They could look at my account and see what and how much I buy. There is an absolute zero chance I would returning something unless there's a reason. Do yourself a favor and take a trip over the bridge to Maryland. Better quality and more helpful people.

Any time there is an issue with my order they make no attempt to contact me and I have to call the store to find out my order was cancelled or put on hold or won’t be available today as they said it would. On top of that the actual marijuana is incredibly dry and over processed. I would not recommend this location if you have other options.
