Love this place so helpful and understanding and they take the time with you don’t rush you.. recommend stuff that would help with your symptoms 9/10 it’s spot on my favorite girls work there and security guard! This is a warm and welcoming, comfortable place that especially like me that’s new to this they take the time don’t make you feel stupid they work with you! They are absolutely Incredible!!

I hate to give a bad review, but one of the budtenders at this location is very rude. She is an African American woman, petite in build, with dreadlocks and wears a scarf or covering most days that I visit. Never smiles, never gives me a good morning or good afternoon or any salutations for that matter. Snarky comments. I try to avoid her in line, but I’ve made it a point that the next time I come here I’m going to ask to speak to the manager if I feel she has treated me rudely. I’ve never had a negative word for her and don’t know if we’ve ever met outside of this establishment. I’ve come to the Norfolk location once or twice a week for about a year now. Most of the staff is wonderful. That’s why this particular budtender’s demeanor towards me stands out, as she is never pleasant to me, and at this point I’m not sure what the problem is, especially as a patient and paying customer. Outside of that, prices are standard for the other area as compared to the other two Cannabists I visit. Always a good selection in stock at any location, and, except for this one employee at the Norfolk shop, very nice and approachable staff. NOTE: The outreach team for this location reached out to me and I was very grateful. After a brief discussion, I really felt my complaint heard and my patronage appreciated. Hence, I was happy to update my review back to the 5 - stars this location deserves. Note: 1/17/2026 Way better vibe than before. Often times when I come in, I’m in pain. The improved customer service helps. Thank you. Knowledgeable, offering info on products…loved it. Keep it up. Thanks again for working with me.

I have been coming here for about 6 months and all the staff are very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Shamia and Stephanie though, they are my go-to girls and I appreciate them so much.

Once my certification ran out, I never bothered to even renew it at this rip off of a company. This company I’m sure is what’s holding back the full retail sales of cannabis in the state and this company actually has the nerve to charge people in Virginia over three times as much as they sell the same Crap products and other states that for. Once I looked at the back of some of the bags that I bought and realized I was just buying hemp from them that was the end and I just started going to CBD shops and got actual better quality stuff that was fresher for less money. Now all that’s coming to an end but I will never return to this place $100 for a 1 g cartridge of rosin The rest of the vapes are pretty much just crap distillate. Flower is dry and burns fast.
