The folks at Rise are super friendly and very helpful. Im not sure about the new location. The Salem shop was very warm and welcoming and had a cool vibe. The new location is bigger and has a colder feeling. I didnt like that the reception person didn't have a safety booth like in Salem. Im still going to go of course. Maybe it will grow on me.

This place changed my life. Everyone was so nice (and fashionable) and they really knew their stuff! Their recommendations were spot on and when I used their products, they helped so much with my sensory issues that I cried because for once, I was hearing the drip drip of the sink, but it no longer bothered me in the way it usually does. Everyone here deserves a raise.

Its a lengthy process to get started and strict on their policies on how you enter and sign up. It was kind of stressful the first time trying to figure out how to order everything at first while people are waiting behind you at the kiosk but the product seems to be good quality but very expensive.
