Great facility, kind people, very clean, good selection and prices. Please use more than one staff member for check out, the wait times can get pretty bad!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Chad at Beyond/Hello in Sterling! Every time I come in, he’s seriously the best. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping people find exactly what they need. You can tell he knows his stuff, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure you leave confident and happy with your choices. On top of that, he’s super friendly and makes the whole experience easy and comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who consistently gives such great customer service, but Chad does it every single time.

I come to Beyond / Hello in Sterling pretty often, and the experience is always solid. The place is clean, organized, and the staff is helpful. Big shoutout to Latoya — she’s always super friendly and welcoming every time I stop by. It really makes a difference and keeps me coming back! I come to this dispensary often, staff are always extremely polite. They have a good selection of product, and they always have a solid rotation of specials. If I had one complaint, (and I don't even think I would call it a complaint) is if I walk in an order versus ordering for pickup the wait time is exceedingly long. But whenever I put an order in for pickup I'm typically in and out within 10 minutes
