Today was my very first experience with any dispensary and I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of the process and how uncomplicated it was. Tysie was incredibly knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Thank you for the welcoming and for helping me live my best life off of prescription medication. 💯❣️

Excellent and beyond...Julianna even remembered me from a few months ago. Knew what I shopped for and was knowledgeable and most of all, kind and caring and considerate. I've gone to other dispensary's and some try to sell you things you didn't come for. Not here. If you ask her a question, she answers and with a bright smile at that. Most definitely, my favorite dispensary. I'm a customer for life !

I’ve never encountered such unprofessional and uncomfortable treatment at a business. The security guard at this location, particularly the individual with orange hair, exudes an openly hostile and, frankly, racially biased demeanor. Rather than providing a neutral and safe presence, he appears more focused on profiling people before they even enter the premises. His conduct is aggressive, inappropriate, and entirely unfit for someone in his role.
Adding to the frustration, the staff at this location do not seem to follow their own stated policies. The store is advertised to close at 1:00 PM, yet I arrived several minutes before that and was still turned away, with no acknowledgment of the time or the effort I made to get there. This isn’t just poor time management; it reflects a lack of respect for customers and basic service standards.
Overall, the atmosphere here is unwelcoming. The energy feels cold, judgmental, and dismissive. If you’ve ever walked in and felt uncomfortable, trust that instinct. It’s not just you. I gave this location multiple chances, hoping for a better experience, but the issues have been consistent each time.
I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with even a minimal level of decency or respect That said, I won’t fault the company as a whole. Other locations have been a breeze to deal with. This issue seems isolated to the Suffolk location
