Well, I hate to rate any biz this low but have had enough. I was wondering why I kept blazing thru whatever I bought from the Auburn store so, for the heck of it, purchased a digital scale. The next jar I picked up from there, I noticed no "seal" - every jar I get from Zips or CBC has that label SEALING the jar - not so with my last jar & many others purchased from Evergreen- no label instantly telling me the weight is dead-on. Upon weighing the contents, I was a FULL GRAM shy on a 1/4 oz purchase- not very cool. I've since discovered a CBC location 10 minutes from my house & EVERY flower purchase is on or over, not missing a gram. From reading all the other "not-so-hot" reviews from this store, one must be wondering how much longer will people put up with poor or non-existant service? Gee, what would they say when I call and tell them their jars are short? Wow, can only imagine - they even used to hassle my wife for picking stuff up for me - something Zips or CBC has zero trouble doing. Wont be back but something tells me no one will care...

For me, it's the best cannabis shop in all of Auburn. Plus, everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful, and they assist you with any questions. They also offer discounts, promotions, and other great deals.

I always stop by here since it’s close to home. Service is always quick and friendly. But earlier this week, Shay, was helping me out and she was so nice, so friendly and had great customer service which is hard to find these days. Thank you again Shay!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, LONG WAIT TIME, RUDE EMPLOYEES. I’ve gone to both Renton and Auburn locations. Renton once, that was enough for me because the quality of the products I got were terrible and I felt scammed. I’ve never had a live resin cart be so horrible, taste bad and have absolutely no THC high. This is definitely my last time spending money at any location. Tried the Auburn location again today only because it’s close to where I live but the employees are so rude and arrogant. They piss me off. And that should NOT be happening at a dispensary. The employees ignore you, they don’t listen, they’re arrogant and egotistical and treat you like you have to be super nice to them first to get any good customer service it’s bizarre. There are so many protocols set up yet they can’t even get your order together right and fast without talking about themselves for 10 minutes and if you don’t want to listen or have to hurry to get to work they get rude and a poor attitude. I will GLADLY drive out of my way and spend at least $200 at Zips. Zips has great deals and GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. And they don’t have jail/ prison style setup to just buy or look at some weed.

I came into your store for the first time and was greeted by a youg lady named Juliana. She was the most friendliest knowledgeable young lady I have ever met. Her kindness and respectfulness is what will keep me coming to the store. Thank you for having such an amazing worker. I am telling all my friends to come there
