Nice store with a wide selection and professional ppl. They were clear about when my next discount was coming, unlike the higherleaf in kirkland. I have had lot of trouble with the kirkland store this year not honoring my discount and treating me like a cheap liar! Don't go to kirkland, they are real cheap and very rude now.

They carry a wide range of quality products at very good prices and that’s why I’ve come back multiple times. However, on more than one occasion a staff member has been rude to me. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, and I don’t think I need to name or describe the person because other team members witnessed the poor customer service at the time. I hope management addresses this, because the selection and prices are excellent and the service should match that level.

LOVE Higher Leaf. I found myself a little out of the way relative to my usual Bellevue Higher Leaf and so I dropped in on this one. I think the footprint and stock are roughly the same? Seemed comparable. Also staffed with fun, pleasant, helpful, lovely folks who know their stuff and I was delighted to find that dropping in here is just as pleasant and fun as the other location. There’s a woman , young very bubbly personality that makes my visit here an experience I can’t find anywhere else. She knowledgable with product and experienced in suggestions! She always on point whether is high or low and very detailed ! Smile that makes you enjoy the checkout process and then a send off that makes you feel good as a person . Cara is here name and being phenomenal is her GAME !

Great selection of products. Their edibles selection is quite exhaustive. There was a line of people here on the Sunday evening we were here. The bud tender who attended us was quite knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend this spot in Bellevue.
