Yall need to get with the program and start carrying Skord on a regular basis. Skipping drops is unacceptable and I consistently take my business elsewhere because you can’t keep stock.

Their return/exchange policy is trash. First time in the store I said I just moved to this area and was looking for a new dispensary. They were nice and gave me a rundown of their products and refund/exchange policy. They said paper receipt helps a lot but they wouldn't need a receipt because all of my transactions were saved in their computer history.(cool right?) First time I had an issue they denied my request and said I need a paper receipt. Second time I had an issue with one of their products I was hoping they would cut me some slack because I used to be a weekly customer for like 8 months. They denied the request and said I need a paper receipt. Now its the 3rd time I have an issue but I thought I was ready because I had my paper receipt. I spoke to the General Manager but he denied my request for a return/refund. They said I need to have the box as well as my paper receipt???? They said they can’t confirm where the product was purchased so they need the box to confirm where it came from. The general manager said the best he could do was give me a discount… a discount on a product that was defective the same day??? I used to go to this place weekly and tipped them with EVERY single transaction. Never going here again Edit- to respond to your post the issue wasn’t a vape cart, it was only an $18 battery. (Your custom store battery too. 2 out of 3 of my issues were yalls custom freedom market batteries) I do/did have an account with a phone number but the general manger even didnt ask for it when I brought the issue to him. I told the general manager I bought the battery the day before with the receipt but that wasn’t enough. I spent way too much money there to get this much grief for a cheap ass battery. I am 100% sure a surrounding dispensary would be more accommodating to this situation.
