Your entire staff at Otis orchards need a raise. I locked my keys in my car while picking up my order. They took the time to call a locksmith and kept me warm while waiting. As a former apex employee, i was touched by their care and kindness. Thanks again Otis staff! You guys rock.

Been coming here for literal years and haven’t even thought about leaving a somewhat negative review. With that being said, Dude with black nail polish was more intrested in what everyone else was doing over truly helping a customer. Imo it was better when Troy owned it.

The ATM in the store kept marking my card as fraud and I had to step outside to call my bank. My bank resolved the issue but wanted to stay on the phone with me to make sure it worked. A worker yelled at me to get off my phone or take it outside. I tried to explained my phone call is now and what had happened but he would not even look up at me or acknowledge me as a paying customer. I come here all the time never have I ever had an experience like this. Man was short with red beard and septum piercing should be fired
