I hate to do this because this place is my favorite dispensary to go to, we’ve come every single week for the last year, but as someone who’s been in customer service for 8+ years, I can’t imagine ever treating regular customers like this. My roommates went today after placing two separate orders. Apparently, there was a mistake with their online system and it double discounted an ounce twice (once with their new year’s and once with the online), causing the total to be $25. My roommates brought the exact cash (plus tip), and showed up only to be told that they couldn’t discount it further than $40 and would have to pay $40 for the online order, despite what their order showed online. Then, while explaining why, the worker (who is apparently the manager) told them that it’s messed up because they’ve been trying to get rid of puffpass since the old GM left? Essentially bringing their company politics into a customer interaction as an excuse for why you can’t honor the price of an online order? Not only that, but PuffPass is great!!! As regular customers, we love it. So it was rather disheartening to be told you were getting rid of it. While also simultaneously offering Puffpass points as a makeup for the mistake??? Which wouldn’t matter because you are getting rid of it! Moral of the review; I don’t care why your online ordering system is messed up. The order said it would be $25, so you should honor that. Furthermore, I don’t care about how your last GM left and now you want to change their systems. Grow up. You guys have two other dispensaries right next door to compete with, I’m not sure why it would ever be okay to act like this.
