!SCAM! This place is a scam. The people here will show a discount online only to then charge full price. And when asked for a receipt they advised it is out. Every time I've been there they have been out. And if you don't know you need you're receipt if you get pulled over. Go to any other dispo to support honest dispo's

GO TO CLOUD CANNABIS OR KUSH21 (prev Buddy’s). This place is such a hit or miss, it’s not even worth the trip. We used to come here 3-4 times during the week, but quickly realized they kinda suck and there’s much better dispensaries within 10 mins. We first realized how little effort they put into their customer experience, after missing several preorders due to both their hours on google and their site being incorrect. When they finally changed it, and until now, the hours on google and their site still don’t match :( We thought we’d give it another chance as some of the budtenders seem very pleasant but, speaking of doing things halfway, tonight’s visit was the last straw for us. We placed an order for dabs, of which farm they have at least 3 different strains of in stock online, so unless incorrectly inputted or misplaced they must have more than one remaining in stock. However, when my husband got there the Budtender said he couldn’t find any of them? He actually couldn’t find any strain from that farm, nor had a single rec in that was in the same price range. They tried to recommend hash when we ordered dabs as well. When my husband said none of those recommendations were close to the original order and he’d just like to check out what the Budtender did have ready, he said the 30% discount wouldn’t apply cause we were under the $25 order min. EXCUSE ME?! So we wasted time and energy for King’s to not have any properly trained staff to fill our order, and couldn’t even get what they could find at the price we ordered it for? What is the point of a pre order??? If you can’t find something or it’s out of stock when you had it available online, that’s your fault. You should still be delivering whatever goods you did have at the pre-order price. It’s insanity to punish the consumer because you somehow manage to miss half my order even though it’s in stock?? Like dude, ask someone for help and if it’s not available to you, tell your management that’s a problem. We didn’t ask for any consolation when it came to him not doing his job, but him not doing his job properly was also the reasoning they're trying to use for why we’d have to pay more. Like fr, do you not have a 30% off button to use to discount remaining products? Or is King’s trying to screw over consumers for company mistakes and instill policies competing dispensaries wouldn’t dream of subjecting their customers too? Kings, do better 80% of this is your fault as a company for having someone untrained working a shift by themselves and providing them with proper resources, the rest is the individuals for not speaking up and saying what they needed to provide a better customer experience. To give you an idea of how much time you’ve wasted for us, my husband just now pulled up after turning around and going to Kush21 instead. You wasted so much of his time, I was able to check their menu, place a whole additional order, write all this, edit it twice, and all before he’s made it home. Thanks for turning a 15 minute dispo run into an hour!!
