I used to go out of my way to a shop I like that is much further away then this one because formerly the prices and product just seemed to be better there. But I grew tired of doing that and returned to this one as an intended one off, and I don't know what exactly management/ownership discussed, but they have made some positive changes. Prices seem to be better and I've liked the product better as well. Even the staff is new and improved. Much friendlier and more helpful than some of their predecessors. I like the environment here much better than the other place as well. When you are waiting your turn, the environment is clean and stylish, spachish and comfortable. The music playing is often good. Then when you get to your turn, staff is super friendly and helpful. I would be remisced if I did not mention the professional and friendly security staff as well. You are welcomed warmly. So well done guys!

The Gallery Spanaway has a big beautiful store. The security guards always hold the door open, greet me warmly and are genuinely the nicest. They make the girls behind the counter feel safe. A lot of variety to choose from and deals everyday. The customer service here is superb.
