I came here for the first time looking for Dragon balm on a Wednesday afternoon and unfortunately, they were out. Lupe was very helpful, friendly and informative. He told me they were expecting more in soon and advised me of discounts that were available online and in-person. He showed me some topicals that I might be interested in but determined that the maximum strength Dragon balm had the highest content of pain relieving ingredients. He offered to take down my information and inform me when it came in. I have been going to Slow Burn since they opened their doors. They've ALWAYS been friendly but, have never told me about any discounts available to me. I'm a 70 y.o. disabled woman who purchases gummies and topicals regularly for chronic back and hip pain. I went there tonight, I had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, I cant remember his name, that was working, He was Awesome!!! I Recommend this place 💯 💶 amd it smells good 👍 in there too

Super cool spot! In town for the holidays and happened to come here for the first time. Was helped by Arrion and he was super chill and helpful. I didn’t know this spot had med prices too so that was just a bonus. Will be back next time we’re in town :)

Last time coming here manager on duty at around 7:40 PM just took product from vendor that was helping me and sold it to other customer. I placed order online was not satisfied when arrived said product not available, she proceeded to offer other indica product nd I said ill take it she got it off shelf nd walked a few then manger said wait no those are on hold nd there was 2x that product they could of split them ? First come first serve? Nd I was online.. no worries I will not be at this location anymore nd will let i n i know. Poor management decision making!!!!

The staff is always great. I been going there for so long and its like extended family. They learn your needs and listen to your desire!
