The Flower Shop - Mesa

Do not go to the shop unless you have at least 25 to 45 minutes of spare time to stand in line. Don't bother ordering online as they do not fill the order and cannot guarantee the products you actually purchase. More than once I have ordered online only to get there and have them be out of the product they sold me online. The security guard is very rude. They do not pay attention to who has showed up first and will allow people to cut the line. Phoenix location is amazing and has none of these issues.

Place is amazing. Idc about these other reviews. Online system is managed by corporate and is not reflective of the performance and service provided by THIS LOCATION. If you are mad about a pick up order not being filled, you more than likely feel that at a different location. It's really easy to do that by mistake! One thing i don't like is the alternating between medical and recreation.. online order & medical are on the same line .. Online order should be express and so should medical... sometimes you have an online order and it's just quicker to hop in the other line for rec? THAT'S SUPER WEIRD.

I wrote a review about a month ago. I was so disappointed in the services. I just ordered a vape of the delivery. I got the product and it is not working. I've tried to call multiple times to talk to the manager and I cannot get through this happened the last time I ordered the vapes from this location. The wax came out of the top and I was just horrible service every time I try to call I just immediately got sent to the voice message. The delivery option is awesome but the quality and the customer service is absolutely I was really upset and really disappointed in this dispensary I showed up and there was a very long line outside. I jumped in line and it The waited so long I went to other dispensaries and had to wait for some time, but this was definitely abnormal as soon as I got into the lobby All of the coworkers did not seem to be in a hurry. They were all laughing And literally talking about some salsa that somebody brought in as others and myself were waiting in line looking at each other mad. It was my first time there so they gave me a special of their brand of a vape I got the 2 g for $50 and the product is absolutely horrible. All of the wax just comes out of the pen. You can barely even take a hit and after the Customer Service with this type of product, I just wanted to leave this review so they know that their product is not very good and that they are treating their customers very poorly.

The flower shop was great! Especially Julia thank you so much for helping us out ! She was amazing and had great customer service and was so attentive with us and helped us out even though we were being difficult! Go head and give that girl a raise fa real fa real thanks so much Julia!! Have a wonderful day and keep up the good work girl thank you so much once again(;

Manager there is very unprofessional doesn't care about any customers. I'm not sure her name chunky white girl. They lie to you. They have different prices on the website and then try to overcharge you when you get here. Green farms was amazing though and I got double
