I have been to this particular dispensary quite a bit, I have never had any issues with the staff they are usually so knowledgable and kind. Today when purchasing with the store sales associate Solly I noticed his demeanor was off. I asked him questions about the rewards program and he answered incredibly rudely and barely explained it. He was apathetic and seemed annoyed by all of the customers. I was just hoping for a relaxed and informative experience like I have received in the past, but Solly’s apathetic and rude demeanor made me not want to return.
