Trulieve Clermont Dispensary

Yesterday evening (12/29), this location earned a 1 star from me. I walked in for my pickup order, stood at the checkin spot for 6 minutes . I was actually in a good mood, even when the unpleasant gentlemen with the beard finally approached me without greeting me or even apologizing for the wait. Asked for my medical ID and then he began typing each number slowly which didn’t bother me. I sat for another 5 minutes waiting to be called and then I noticed they called 2 people that walked in and checked in way after me. I simply smiled and walked out of the store. ***I’m giving this a 1 star due to the man with the beard with no name tag. He needs to be fired immediately. Look at your reviews where others complain about this individual they also describe as the man with a beard. I’ll return when he is no longer there. I’m a disabled veteran and don’t need his bs level of attitude.

The Trulieve team at this location is excellent. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional about their products and brand. This is my favorite dispensary in the area. Tip: If you don’t want to wait long like some of the reviews say, make sure you check in at online through an email they send BEFORE you go to the store, this will bypass all the walk in clients they take and put your order in front of theirs. I am in and out of there within 5 minutes every time.

I give today's visit a 1 star. I have been going g to trulieve for 5 yrs and spend about 500+ monthly. I always get the live resin and a lot of the times they would give me the wrong item. So I started asking to see the consistency so I wouldn't have to return the item. They have to open up the box to put the sticker on it. I asked to see another item and to see if I wanted to purchase another one. He told me he can not open it anymore to see the consistency but he can open it up to put a sticker on it. He said he only let me see the consistency out of courtesy and he will not do it anymore. I called up a trulieve line and they said that there was no rule on asking to see the consistency. This so called assistant manager with dreadlocks likes to make up his own rules.

New Trulieve store #68 just opened in Clermont. Been here a few times already, and I've never waited once. The staff is friendly, informed, and unafraid to offer suggestions and/or solicit order modifications. The Fifty West building is brand new and faces south on FL-50. Trulieve is on the ground floor, with an outdoor, wheelchair accessible entrance. Plentiful parking for the building, but there's only one other tenant at present. Hopefully it will stay that way. Welcome to Clermont!
