Great quality products and wonderful service from good folks like Aidan, Valerie and Ian, along with so many others there, it was a fun experience. Horrible customer service and office setup. Its sad, I had been waiting for this location to open that's way closer to my home than the Orange City location. But I will drive the extra miles and go to the orange city store. This store is set up completely different. They have a kiosk system that you have to place your order at. There are no associates to help you with explanations or info on the products, no help at all? 1 guy in the lobby with his pad, registering everybody in and also trying to register new patients. So he doesn't give info on products if you need. Once your order is placed you sit (or stand because they only have a few chairs and 10 people waiting) in the lobby with the all the others. Once your oder is ready they call your name, go up to the little window and just pay. Didn't ask me if I wanted to use my points, didn't ask if I needed any more information, just pay. Horrible customer service and terrible setup, compared to the Orange city store. Im not going to this location again. Then forget aboit privacy. The kiosk touch pad is 4ft panel tall so everyone in the store gets to see your phone # that you must enter and then they get to see everything you order. No privacy at all! Muv is trying to modernize but at the customers expense. I will most definitely be going back to the OC location in the future where I get to ask questions and get a polite associate to help me.
