11/27/2025 Staff are great and super friendly. My low review is due to the fact that tips are not allowed to be given to the budtenders. It’s the holiday season and budtenders make our holidays bearable and with how expensive everything in life is they should be able to receive tips ESPECIALLY during the holiday season. Tips make the difference between being able to afford to pay a bill or buy a meal. It’s not hard to make an excel spreadsheet and assign the tip pool by shift and have a manager do that duty Every dispensary does it. It literally takes 5 minutes. Do better. Looking only at you Surterra corporate 👀 12/03/2025 Came back to your Deltona location. Still no tips so I’m guessing my “feedback” wasn’t escalated to the appropriate parties. I’m not asking you to do anything for me as a customer other than take good care of your staff. Is it really that difficult?

Surterra is always such a great experience! The vibes here are suuuuuuuuupppper laid-back. Very calm environment from the moment you walk in. The staff is consistently kind, patient, and always willing to help, even taking the time to look up your information if you need it. They don’t rush you or convince you to spend more money. Not pushy at all. I would say that out of all the dispensaries Trulieve, Curaleaf, jungle boys, muv, rise….this Surterra location staff are truly educated on the products which is really refreshing. Huge shoutout to Miles, Alex, and Ally! ⭐️They are my favorites and the best employees there. They’re welcoming, most knowledgeable, and make every visit smooth, easy, and stress free. I appreciate them recognizing me and my preferences. Their great energy and customer service are a big part of why I keep coming back. The other part is the quality of the distillate syringes. ⛽️🤤🔥 I highly 😉 recommend this location!

First time in and Nicole was awesome!! Told me about all the deals they had and answered my questions. Her coworker was great too. Both super smiley and friendly. Can't wait to go back!!!

Kenny (Kendra) is one of the most knowledgeable people I have met in a dispensary about the product. She is amazing. Would recommend her to any first time patient, over anywhere else. She is a treasure.
