If I could give negative stars, I would. I placed an online order and picked up within the stated 24-hour pickup window. Unfortunately, I encountered yet another issue at this location. After the transaction, I realized there was a problem with my order and called the store for assistance. The manager, Taylor, told me the issue was my fault and provided very poor customer service. Initially, she stated that they are unable to see when an online order is placed. However, when my fiancé called to ask the same question, she then said she could see exactly when the order was placed and when the 24-hour window expired—down to the minute. This contradiction was frustrating and unprofessional. Additionally, every bud tender I have interacted with at this location has seemed untrained or inattentive, leading to repeated mistakes and a lack of accountability. Offering a free pre-roll does not make up for dismissive attitudes or inconsistent information from management. There have been multiple instances of incompetence at this location, and until customer service and staff training improve, I cannot recommend shopping here.

update: Taylor is amazing and helped everyone's so fast even though she was the only person working there awesome job! Seth and Cody were awesome, helped me get my pickup orders out the door and fast. Helpful and knowledgeable staff and high quality product.
