Here’s how my order went today: 1. Delivery cancelled without any notification 2. Drive thru closed due to understaffing 3. ACH is broken today and they don’t take can pay 4. Rude employee at the Jacksonville location providing 0 resolution. Ended up going to trulieve down the street. Do better.. I was in the top 7% of your spending in 2025 and am gold tier. This experience will make me never shop here again

Good products, decent prices - the 8 am delivery on a Saturday was less than desirable. I want my weekends to be sleeping in, etc. There is zero option to pick a time and no option to tip the driver. Definitely won’t do delivery again until there is a time option and ability to tip online.
