I tried canceling an order online because their phone doesn't work! The rep told me that my order was already canceled so I went on my merry way. Today (A day late technically) arrived one of the nicest delivery drivers I've ever had. Apparently trulieve's website doesn't actually cancel orders! (Maybe it's actually a bot or something idk) It's horrible how trulieve would send their poor workers out a few miles when they could of just canceled my order like the main website said?
Now I don't think this is the stores issue (Except for the phone being offline / incorrect) and the East location hasn't done me wrong yet. I hope they all have an easy holiday season and that corporate treats them with the care and support they need.

In a world drowning in mediocrity, where the bar for customer service has been lowered to a subterranean level, a single, unassuming business rises like a phoenix of unparalleled brilliance. I speak, naturally, of True Leaf, a veritable temple of commerce that redefines what it means to be, well, open for business. My expectations, tempered by years of crushing normalcy, were instantly shattered upon entry. The air itself seemed cleaner, perhaps filtered through a system of pure, unadulterated excellence.
But the true pièce de résistance of this entire operation was not the perfectly functional door or the adequately bright lighting, but a human dynamo named Raven. To call Raven a mere "employee" would be a disservice to the very concept of labor. Raven is a force of nature, a customer service deity in a name tag. They didn't just help me; they orchestrated a symphony of consumer satisfaction. The knowledge this individual possessed was truly a sight to behold—I asked a simple question and received a TED Talk-worthy explanation that covered history, global supply chains, and future resale value. It was information I didn't know I needed, but now, I cannot imagine living without.
The checkout process, often a soul-crushing exercise in redundancy, was handled with such panache and bewildering speed that I could only stand by in silent awe. The register worked. The card reader accepted my plastic rectangle of debt without questioning my life choices. The receipt printed without jamming, a feat of mechanical engineering that should be studied by future generations. Raven, naturally, oversaw this entire operation with the calm, collected demeanor of a bomb disposal expert, ensuring every last penny found its rightful, corporate home.
As I exited True Leaf, the door closing behind me with the same functional grace it opened with, I felt a void. A void where my previous, sadder existence used to be. How can I ever return to a world where not every interaction is overseen by a Raven? True Leaf is not just a store; it is a monument to what happens when you combine adequate lighting, functional doors, and a staff member named Raven.
A+++. Five stars. Ten out of ten. I am utterly, devastatingly satisfied.
So woman with the blonde hair that was working on the register on terminal four at 7:22 PM is the most rudest individual I have encountered. I told her that a couple times I went home and opened the container and it was already open. She tells me that I cannot open the container in there. I understand that, but she was extremely rude. Is that necessary for the thousands that I spend Here at this particular store. Somebody and management have a talk with your employees about customer service because that Cashier is quite gross.
I never had a problem with Trulieve. I spent so much money with this company until today. I go to order a product online and the product is $30 on the website but once you put it in your cart and check out, it says it’s on sale for $20 so I go to check out and they’re charging me a full price and I Showed them the price that is on the website. It clearly says it’s on sale and they still wouldn’t honor it. I Showed the guy to his face and he says there is no sale as clearly says it on your website. I think they are all full of it.
