I’m writing to formally report a very disappointing experience at your Florida Kissimmee west location today. I have been to many dispensaries across the state, and this was hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. Every employee I interacted with was great except for one individual named Joseph (slim build, tattoo of a “;” on his neck). He was supposed to assist me with a return of concentrates that were unused and purchased in error. Instead, he spoke down to me, gave me a hard time, and ultimately refused to process the return without justification. The way I was treated was disrespectful and unprofessional. I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong, despite following policy and simply requesting help with a return. This is not how customers should ever be spoken to especially at a dispensary where professionalism and trust matter. What makes this even more frustrating is that I spent over $300 in the store today. I am not a small or occasional shopper, and being treated this way after supporting your business is unacceptable. Because of this interaction, I am genuinely disappointed and do not plan on returning unless this issue is addressed. I wanted to bring this directly to management because this is the kind of experience that pushes loyal customers away. I hope this is taken seriously and that appropriate action or retraining is considered. No customer should leave feeling disrespected the way I did. Thank you for your hearing me out
