I walked in and the store was a little busy Kaitlyn greeted me and let me know that someone would be with me shortly. She always has such a great attitude when I go in but today was the first time I had her assistance. I was a walk-in but Kaitlyn was patient and showed me some popular items. Thanks again!

I'm really disappointed. Card reader has been down for weeks. I expressed how inconvenient it has become & suggested they put a sign up so your not waiting in the drive thru for however long to be told you can't use your card. The ladies working today 1/20 thought it was a big joke of the suggestion & was talking among each other how the patients in the drive thru should get over being frustrated the card reader is down. Literally just mocking & laughing at the frustration they are had. This will be my last time visiting. I'm not ok with hearing employees talking about patients that is spending their hard earned money to get their medicine like that. Customer service should've been the first thing the employees should've thought about. Every visit before I even am handed my order I'm asked to leave a review. Well today is the day to express my review. Disappointed!!! Do better & stop laughing at the patients whom are there to pick up their medicine.

Ms. Na absolutely amazing when I visited. I wasn't able to make it into the store until the last 15 minutes before closing. She was very patient and willing to help me find a product to fit my budget. Ms. Lacy helped me with my most recent visit. Overall, always a pleasant experience whenever I visit the store. Every time I've come in to this location has been nothing but wonderful experiences. The deals feel like a steal for the quality of product you can find. there was a small mixup that happened yesterday, something so simple anyone could have made it but they offered to take care of me at my earliest convenience and held true to their word with stellar communication between staff and my budtender Nay was polight and pleasant with the (assuming) manager helping guide her through the process. Overall very satisfied with the services I receive when I visit this store.
