First time visitor, Justin was awesome! Very helpful, explained everything, made sure he got the best deals for me. Very friendly and helpful!

Amazing customer service! Jacob was incredible at explaining the available products and discounts and took his time making sure I got what I needed. Service was also fast and easy. This is the only dispensary you ever need to go to if you are looking for good deal, good service, and a great location!

Justin & Mell are a whole vibe. My 1st time visiting and they were warm and welcoming and just provided exceptional service and answered all my silly little questions. They also made sure I got signed up for reward points! I will definitely be back and look for one of these two.

I came in here looking for a specific product I’d been disappointed with at every other dispensary I’d purchased it from, and oh my gosh Fluent did NOT disappoint. The staff were super friendly and pointed me in the right direction. I can actually ease my insomnia at night now. You guys now have a new repeat customer! Thank ya’ll so much!!!

For starters I drive from Plant City (closer to Brandon) bypassing quit a few dispensaries to come to Fluent in Lakeland. I take the drive because the moment I step into this place I feel like I'm surrounded by great friends. What a vibe this place sets off and that's all due to the wonderful staff. I'm sure I've not met everyone but on one visit a week ago Arielle (assistant general manager) was by far the greatest vibe. She was informative along with being so pleasant to be around along with Michael, Nate and Melody. This latest visit which was today was with Shannon, he was friendly and upbeat along with his work partner Clairisse. I promise this place won't disappoint! You can thank me later!
