First time going in a dispensary after getting my mmj card! Edgar greeted me at the door as soon as I came in. I quickly told him I was interested in vape and edible but would like to browse the flower selection, we went over to the flower section and spent a few minutes there while he informed on what I was browsing. We then went to check out the live rosin vapes I was interested in and he spent a few more minutes helping me decide on a specific one, after the vape he shared more knowledgeable information with me about the gummies I purchased. My experience overall 10/10 with Edgar polite,attentive,patient,professional!

Cookies on Bird Road is hands down one of the best dispensaries I’ve ever been to! Julia and Carlos were absolutely amazing! super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They really took the time to walk us through everything, gave great recommendations, and hooked us up with a bunch of awesome sales. The vibe in the store is chill, welcoming, and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about the customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back here :) thanks again Julia and Carlos for making the visit such a great one!

Not gonna lie, I’m not an expert when it comes to this kind of stuff, but every time I come to Cookies, Jose really takes the time to explain everything I need to know in a way that makes sense. I’ve learned a lot just from talking to him. The quality here is amazing. Everything I’ve tried has been top notch. The Skywalker especially was fire. Definitely recommend asking for Jose if you want someone who’s patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

I had such a great experience at Cookies in Miami thanks to Omar! He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I needed... It’s not every day you get that kind of attentive, positive service. He made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable — definitely a reason to come....
