I’ve been with Miracle Leaf for the past two years, and I can honestly say they’ve been absolutely amazing. Dr. Velez is wonderful, knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about his patients’ well-being. But I really have to take a moment to highlight Jeremiah, who (I believe) works the front desk. Every single time I’ve called, he answers with such a positive attitude and genuine kindness. He’s incredibly helpful, professional, and understanding, always making sure everything is taken care of quickly and smoothly. His friendliness and reliability make every interaction a great experience. He’s the kind of person who truly makes a difference in customer service. Special thanks to Jeremiah for helping me renew my license with the State and obtain updated medical records to support an RFE application by Dr. Velez to increase the allowable amount of smoking flower. It’s so appreciated!!! Miracle Leaf truly stands out because of people like Jeremiah. I can’t recommend this dispensary enough!
