Tru Essence Dispensary - Arlington Heights

To give them 5 stars is to cheat people of the experience, but im working with the numbers im given. So thanks for working with me! It starts with the management. Phenomenal. My previous experience with their manager was at Okay! In wheeling, where as a recent septic shock survivor, they were beyond incredibly kind. Reminding me of previous conversations, promotions, etc because I physically could not unless prompted. Thats kindness. I mentioned such because its now at Tru Essence. Its a hand picked crew of people who absolutely do what they love and it shows. I have always had a positive experience every time ive been there. If they have another outting I'll be there. Because life's kinda like Tru essence. Its a vibe. Only Tru has a track record of being a positive experience 🤣

Great experience every time I go to this spot. Tru Dispensary always has good deals and solid service. Big shoutout to Guram, he’s professional, knowledgeable, and makes the whole process smooth without rushing you. Security is always on point, which makes the place feel safe and well run. The staff is respectful, the environment is clean and organized, and everything feels professional from start to finish. Prices are fair, especially with the specials they run. This is hands down the most welcoming dispensary I have ever stepped foot in. You are instantly greeted by a warm face and in the dispensary proper everyone is dedicated to customer service and it shows. The team is knowledgeable, engaged, and their regulars clearly love the experience they have time and time again. The team went out of their way to make the experience at Tru Essence top tier! I highly recommend taking the time to venture to this location to experience the environment and the magnificently curated menu they have. Excellent job all around!

I have been to Tru Essence many times now, and it is hands down the best dispensary in the Chicagoland area. Not only do they have the best prices time and time again, they are also the most friendly dispensary I have ever been to. Their whole staff is amazing! Sheryl, Debbie, Guram, and Tiffany always make me feel welcomed with how kind and easy to talk to they are. The owner is also super friendly and has a great sense of humor. If you’re looking to get baked, Tru Essence takes the cake :)

Google needs an option to give 10 stars because the customer service and experience I had at this location was a whooping 20/10!! The deals, the energy, the conversation, the tourist suggestions, everything was top tier and topped off our girls trip perfectly! Guram was absolutely amazing! He deserves that free joint! lol the shop dog Emmy was so adorable to be greeted by!! The shop owner himself, I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, absolutely blew this experience out of the water! His infectious energy, hilarious banter & warming spirit made me feel so at home & I can’t wait to visit Chicago again! They have a forever customer in me! OH!!! & CANT forget Debby “with a Y” at the front desk ;) lol she topped the experience off with the complimentary drinks and donuts!! Thank you Tru Essence!
