Everyone in here is great and clearly love working there. They make you feel welcomed and my guy Josh is the king of chill. Knowledgeable and the best selection around. Ivy is my go to and will be.

I came in today I had pre-ordered once I got to the counter. Charles greeted me. brought me in real fast. I had an issue with points. He got everything fixed within seconds great attitude, great guy. He offered me different products that was in the store overall great Service from everyone from the lobby all the way to the inside you. I’m always gonna come back because of the great service. Thanks Charles. Appreciate the service.

I’ve been to the Ivy Hall Bolingbrook location several times, and honestly, it just keeps getting better every visit. The customer service is top-tier—everyone is always so warm and welcoming. The staff really takes care of you and makes sure you leave happy. Special shoutout to Tammy, the floor manager, who always comes through with the best recommendations. Charles, Lucky, and the short light-skinned girl are also amazing. I highly recommend this location. It’s easily the best dispensary I’ve been to, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Plus, they always have some kind of deal going on, which is a huge bonus.

Jocilyn at Ivy Hall – Bolingbrook is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, she’s professional, knowledgeable, and always smiling. She genuinely takes the time to help, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident with your choices. Honestly, the entire staff at this location is great—welcoming, helpful, and full of good energy. This place is truly a whole vibe. You can tell they care about their customers and the experience they provide. I’ll definitely be back and will be telling everyone I know about Ivy Hall Bolingbrook. Great selection, friendly staff & fair prices! Had a great experience my first time into the Bolingbrook location - Jocilyn helped me out and was knowledgeable and kind helping me find exactly what I was looking for! Overall great experience & will be back. Not all dispensaries are created equal and ivy hall delivered on all fronts. If you’re on the fence definitely check them out!!
