The constant 20-30 minute lines are one thing, but wait until you travel there only for them not to have your order. I had to pay $10 more for a different product than the one I was told is "ready for pickup" because they refused to take even a single dollar off of another product to try and make up for a really awful customer experience. The manager also wouldn't speak to me and stayed in the back. In summary: they made me wait 30 minutes for a pre order they did not have and then wouldn't do anything to make up for it except say sorry. Awful. Go to Sparkd on 25th if you can. It's run better and never understaffed.
