High Haven Dispensary - Darien

Despite them always pronouncing my name wrong whenever I visit, it's the genuine smile and the warm welcome that keeps me coming! EVERYONE there is amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and always cheerful and I never have any issues asking questions because they never make me feel like I'm asking stoopid questions. When I can't remember my words, they're patient with me and are sympathetic about my condition, so I never feel like I'm holding anyone up from helping someone else while I struggle with my memory for the right words or remember what I'm saying. I've been to many dispensaries in the county and High Haven has always been my go to because they truly are a great team there!

Great company, great employees. I have been going to all three locations for about couple years now and never felt unwelcomed. Genuinely my second home!

I quit smoking unfortunately, but I still frequent this wonderful place for my mom who suffers from chronic arthritis and an autoimmune condition. She uses CBD to help manage her symptoms. And High Haven always has solid deals, and good brands she likes. I decided to grab a new brand with higher content of CBD because I thought it would help her more, and when I went to pick it up Billy (wonderful dude) pointed out the THC was also higher than the typical 200 CBD content my mom would be used to. And I was not trying to send my mom on an adventure she isn’t ready for haha. Thank you so much Billy for your knowledge and insight! He helped me pick something else out that was more my mom’s level and beneficial for her medical needs! Like I said the staff here always gets it right! Why I always come here!

First I have ro say I really liked the theme of the place. Everyone was really nice and helpful and even got excited when I excited. The variety of product's was really good. They seem to have good brands compared to other places and cannot forget ro mention the prices are reasonable. I will be returning.

This spot is my new favorite. The staff is very knowledgeable and are A1 when it comes to customer service. I have been to many dispos in Illinois and by far this was my best experience. Mason, E, Billy, Amy, Johnny, Jacob, Jimmy, Maddie, Ashley, Avo, Jeremy, Luis, and the rest of the staff who's names are escaping my memory 😅😅. Thanks for making the customer your first priority.
