I’ve been a customer of this dispensary and was disappointed to learn how its third-party security staff are treated. The guards at this location are not tasked with physically protecting the store, but with serving as a visible deterrent. Forcing them to stand for long shifts without seating does nothing to enhance deterrence or safety.
A security presence that is alert and supported is far more effective than one that is visibly exhausted. Allowing guards to alternate between sitting and standing would not reduce professionalism. It would reflect basic respect for the people placed at the front door.
This dispensary can and should do better.

Amazing staff!! Super nice and friendly, here’s a story that made me tear up a little bit around the holidays.
I receive a cart for Christmas around the Holidays which was purchased during on their big sales prior. However the metal piece was broken & I came in asking for assistance, not expecting much but I thought hey maybe I could do some Macgueviar thing to drip the oil into something. I did not receive any of that, instead I was met with the supervisor at the time who inspected my product and deemed it ineffective. He was able to get a me a REPLACEMENT and sent me on my merry way, all through a seamless FRIENDLY process. I was left speechless, giddy and just overall very happy with the experience especially during the holidays.
Thank you guys for making it such a memorable end of the year, this location is awesome with amazing people. 10/10

Alex was very helpful when it came to placing my order I feel very welcomed every time come here the staff makes me feel at home.They also have the best prices in town I highly recommend this location

Very patient and helpful staff. Always so clean and friendly. State changed a lot online and I was struggling to get medical fixed. Rise staff sat with me and called customer service together since my account had an issue on the states end. It took 8 phone calls with the state to fix online. Every call I was told you should be all good now. Rise staff would check for me after every time I called. Staff went above and beyond helping me get my medical back!!!

They are always so friendly here, one time I was a few dollars short and the girl even gave me money out of her own pocket so I could get what I wanted! Thank you for the good vibes !
