Very disappointed. I'm writing this for my husband and it was his first time going in. Even after saying hey, this is my first time they don't honor their advertised " First time customers 30%off" BAD 1st impression

The selection is curated, not chaotic. The staff is knowledgeable, not pushy. Every question answered with patience, clarity, and respect. No rushing. No judgment. Just guidance and good energy. Next time I’m in town, I already know where I’m stopping. 🌿✨

I used to go here all the time, I came so much that I became a VIP member. I asked one day if they were getting any new strands out of curiosity. The guy told me if I don’t like what they got go somewhere else I didn’t know people like to send business elsewhere. Haven’t been back since. Up into this point, this was my favorite spot 300+ a week to get told to go somewhere else
