This place is a trip. Looks like an Apple store inside. It was insanely busy when I was there but they are so efficient my wait was short. This place is very near the Kentucky border so I imagine they are getting a lot of traffic coming over to buy. Products are top notch. I've been in a number of dispensaries and I think these Thrive stores are the best.

Love this place. Their workers are so friendly and helpful, the establishment is well kept and though the prices are a bit high compared to other 2 dispensaries, is rather visit a place that knows how to run and keep business booming. Management seems to be wonderful as well!

My first trip into an adult use cannabis store was a wonderful one. The staff was knowledgeable and fun. Rebecca (I think) waited on me both times we came in and if she's not on your training team or in management she absolutely should be. Great place, decent prices. I'll be back next time I'm in the neighborhood.

My visit to Metropolis are usually positive. However, the last time I received something from this establishment it was an incorrect product. It appeared to be a switch from what I purchased online. Please do quality control before the clients are to get their products. This situation has been so concerning that I will no longer be patronizing your business due to it. While I didn't reach out about the discrepancy when it first occurred, I would advise caution and recommend checking the stapled contents of your bag before leaving the property. Staff is always A1. Bathroom is clean and smells good. ATM can be a little wishy washy, but very seldom. Always a cool vibe.

A very professional staff, friendly and very helpful. It’s bright and clean and so many items to choose from. They work very efficiently so you aren’t standing around all day. The hours are great and the facility is secure. I highly recommend this store. A+
