Terrace Cannabis Dispensary - Moline

My experience at Terrace Cannabis Dispensary, is ALWAYS AMAZING and AWESOME!. From the friendly staff to the spacious environment that is filled with a intriguing aroma! I have a great time literally from walking in to walking out. I don't know what excitement is better, The anticipation of enjoying the product I purchase to consume, or waiting in line after viewing all the amazing products on the kiosk just to discuss them with the employee. To express my passion and share my joy for CANNABIS is beyond what words would allow me to type NO PROFANITY NECESSARY! I LOVE TIPPING THERE!

Melissa was very kind and very helpful. She answered all of my questions with enthusiasm. Its interactions like this that keeps me coming back. She definitely deserves a raise for sure. However all my visits have been great experiences. I personally think the Moline location is number 1 in the Quad Cities.

I want to take a moment to recognize Lyssa. She is more than a receptionist. She's the vibe curator for each person that walks through the door. She brings a positive presence to this business. From observing her interactions over time, it’s clear that she approaches her role with professionalism, patience, and genuine respect for everyone who walks through the door. She has a calm, welcoming demeanor and makes a visible effort to ensure people feel acknowledged and heard, even in high-stress or fast-paced situations. Even when she's not feeling her best, she still greets everyone and pushes to ensure she's kind to everyone. I witnessed an unpleasant encounter today and she handled it with grace! What stands out most about Lyssa is her ability to remain composed and courteous, regardless of the circumstances. She does not dismiss people, speak down to them, or act impulsively. Instead, she follows protocol while still treating individuals with dignity and understanding. That balance between policy and compassion is not easy, and she handles it with grace. She communicates clearly, sets expectations respectfully, and does her best within the boundaries of her role. When issues arise that require escalation, she handles them appropriately rather than reacting emotionally or unprofessionally. That speaks to both her character and her training. From an outside perspective, Lyssa represents the kind of employee any business would be fortunate to have: dependable, level-headed, and genuinely kind. She contributes to a positive environment not just for customers, but future customers as well. Anyone observing her work can see that she takes pride in what she does and treats people the way they deserve to be treated. Lyssa is amazing at her job, and her professionalism should not be overshadowed by isolated frustrations or misunderstandings. She consistently shows up with integrity, patience, and respect qualities that truly matter in customer-facing roles. She's a gem!

Everyone at terrace that has helped me has been amazing except one woman...I get it if your having a bad day sometimes - im just trying to get my stuff and go about my day, but every time we end up with her as our budtender, she is always rude, very rude...super inconsiderate and snappy, inpatient...and it sucks bc I love the staff here but it genuinely makes me want to go somewhere else because it feels pretty crappy being treated like this right off the bat - im not a confrontational person and its every time. she refused to give us her name so we could either make sure we dont go when she's working or even to report her because its like the 3rd time we've had an interaction with her and I just dont get the hostility...pretty crappy experience

The management team had to step up and take care of one of the bud tenders that freaked out because they weren't up to date or current about the whole tax included change. Long story short management handled it properly and made things right. Hopefully they don't go through this many more times during this website tax included switch up. Other then that it's a great dispo, 99% of the time it's friendly faces just trying to get you the best stuff for you. Definitely would recommend if they aren't doing a company wide change and some of the employees aren't on-board yet. Oh at the bottom it says include the atmosphere, It's pretty much the same as all dispos. Nothing special or to write home about. It's some walls and some neon signs with some display cases and counter. And now it's asking about the product selection, theybalways have an abundance of flower, concentrates, and edibles. Anyone would be happy to go take a look at what they have. Flower quality is good, concentrates are also good just very, very pricey. Cheers yall.
